D Type Hydrapulper

1.General Introduction

Type D hydrapulper is designed refering to relevant information/datum based on existing conventional pulper. Its main characters are: fitted with Vokes rotors, deflecting from the equipment center, which makes pulp be able to quickly contact the rotor, thereby the frequency is higher. Traditional hydrapulper generates one unobstructed vortex. Along sprial track, wastepaper moves towards central rotor from feeding point. However, Type D hydrapulper change such flow way like traditional pulper, it can make wastepaper quicker contact rotor, which can shorten treating time from feeding to pulping and increase capacity under not increasing power and volume.

Type D hydrapulper is typically equipped with ragger and trash well.Ragger can remove long-strip-shaped twining impurities such as plastic packing bag, rope and iron wire etc.There is one rectangular connection at the bottom of vat of pulper, and the bottom connection is connected to trash well. Through detrasher connected with trasher well, remove plastic foam and other light impurities, thereby achieving continuous production.Heavy inpurities accumulated at the bottom of the trash well are regularly discharged.To achieve batch production,the connection at the bottom of pulper may also be only equipped with one heavy-trash trap.
